Chad W Botner - CEO/President
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Solaris Inc., Chad Botner draws on his 35-years of commercial/industrial electrical industry experience to manage one of America’s leading renewable energy companies.
The son of an electrical contractor, Botner earned an Electrical Technologies degree from North Dakota State College of Sciences, and Project Management from Purdue University. A proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Botner has worked with many distinguished companies throughout the United States. He is responsible for the day to day management decisions and implementing the companies long and short term plans. Chad's greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, attention to quality, and his leadership skills. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the companies reach. He has managed many multi million dollar projects at a time. He continues to develop long term client relationships.
His interest in the development and expanding market of renewable energy led him into the solar industry. He held a lead-management position in the commercial solar division of a major energy company, which honed his leadership and creativity to bring in all projects within budgets and under their time lines.
Botner’s dedication and mission remains today. He desires to develop through partnerships, and to deliver high-quality renewable projects done on schedule and within budget.
Edgar Agosto - Vice-President
Mr. Agosto is the Vice President of Nova Solaris Inc and is responsible for leading the engineering department and the development of renewable projects in new regions. Mr. Agosto is a resourceful experienced engineer that excels from the initial conception, thru the feasibility study and detailed design. Edgar is a designer and builder of several civil and structural projects including photovoltaics in the US, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Edgar has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Doctoral in Engineering from North Dakota State University. He is an exceptional leader which brings together amazing technical skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects. Edgar is a retired commissioned officer and a proud veteran of the US Navy.
